After three rounds of in-depth interactive negotiation with Inner Mongolia Baotou Qingshan district, president Ma eventually official signed cooperation project agreement with Hu Rong, warden of Inner Mongolia Baotou city Qingshan district, with the help of Baotou municipal government Liaison office in Shanghai. Guo Wenhuan, secretary of Qingshan district committee, Zhang Yi, Baotou Shanghai office director, Li Peiwen, deputy district mayor of Qingshan district as well as Pei Zhengyuan, business secretary in qingshan district witnessed this moment. 

On February 24, 2016, Yingchuang Building Technique (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd president Ma Yihe and his team inspected Shandong Binzhou economic and technological development zone. The two sides have conducted in-depth exchange talks on deepening the project and broadening the areas of cooperation.

On February 29, 2016 in the afternoon, Lin Shucheng, party secretary of Liangshan state, Xichang city, Sichuan,  governor Luo Liangqing, was invited to meet President Ma Yihe and his team to discuss on the application of 3D printing technology and the strategic cooperation of the project, and signed the cooperation agreement.
