Winsun formally signed “ 3D printing architecture industry park project investment agreement” with Qingshan district, Baotou, Inner Mongolia

After three rounds of in-depth interactive negotiation with Inner Mongolia Baotou Qingshan district, president Ma eventually official signed cooperation project agreement with Hu Rong, warden of Inner Mongolia Baotou city Qingshan district, with the help of Baotou municipal government Liaison office in Shanghai. Guo Wenhuan, secretary of Qingshan district committee, Zhang Yi, Baotou Shanghai office director, Li Peiwen, deputy district mayor of Qingshan district as well as Pei Zhengyuan, business secretary in qingshan district witnessed this moment. 

In the negotiations, The two sides have conducted in-depth negotiations and consultations on the registration of new companies, project site selection, land use indicators, land transfer, share ownership, equity allocation and preferential policies. The Qingshan government hopes that Yingchuang can layout northwest area as soon as possible, and takes the northwest region as the headquarter of Qingshan district. He hopes that Yingchuang can transform the desert resources, promote and drive the transformation and upgrading of relevant industries in the northwest region through the unique resources, location and transportation advantages of Baotou city.

The agreement signed by the two sides shows that Yingchuang Building Technique (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd is building a northwest regional headquarters in Qingshan district, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The project will be completed in two phases: In the first phase, invested 1 billion yuan to build 10 production lines of 3D printing and 10 production lines of Crazy Magic Stone. In the second phase, invest 1 billion yuan to build the R&D center, equipment manufacturing center, building printing center, ink production center and experience center of northwest regional headquarters. The project is expected to be worth over 5 billion yuan in 3 years and 10 billion yuan in 5 years. In order to promote the construction of the project as soon as possible, Yingchuang will complete 5,000 square meters of 3D printing culture creative experience center by the end of April. At the same time, Guo Wenhuan, secretary of qingshan district committee, and Hu warden Wenhuan all said they will support Yingchuang to develop stronger and bigger.
