On 23 August last year, the ministry of housing and construction issued the outline for the development of construction industry informatization 2016-2020, proposing to actively carry out research on 3D printing equipment and materials of construction industry, and explore the application of 3D printing technology to construction department products and component production and demonstration application. Miao Lezhi, vice President of China real estate association, said that this means the recognition and encouragement of promotion of 3D printing architecture technology at the national level.
