On the afternoon of February 23, 2016, Zhang Hui, warden of Jiangsu Suqian city, vice warden Shi Yong as well as relevant leaders of district finance bureau, merchants bureau, planning bureau met president Ma and his team, and made in-depth discussions on the application of 3D printing construction technology and the strategic cooperation of engineering projects, and signed a cooperation agreement. 

Pesident Ma inspected the several site for new company and listened the function positioning, construction planning, development status and project introduction of Suqian port industrial park.

Warden Zhang highly appraised Yingchuang 3D printing technology. He said he will support Yingchuang’s settlement in Suqian industrial park and is willing to provide high standard supporting services for the construction of the project. 

The two sides initially planed to start the project in April and went into production in August. They also plan to build a new 3D version of the "canal town" in 3D printing on the Banks of the Beijing-hangzhou grand canal.

The district government will invite Ma to attend the 4th China green building materials industry cooperation forum and 2016 China (Suqian) international green building materials exposition in October and to introduce 3D printing technology and 3D printing dreamworks invested in Suqian.
