Liao Xiaojun, Yingchuang Binzhou 3D printing creative industry park project leader, introduced that the process of printing a house is like squeezing the cream, squeezing the building ink from the print sprinkler and printing successive layers of layers. The thickness of each layer can be 15px-75px, which can form a large number of meters high building components. Multiple building blocks together can spell a complete house.

It is understood that Yingchuang's building printer is 150 meters long, 20 meters wide and 6 meters high. As long as the drawing enters the computer program, installed the special ink, the construction speed is very fast, and conforms to the national construction industry standard completely. There is no waste because of computer control and liquid materials used.

3D printing walls can be designed as "empty stomach" according to the requirement of structure. The hollow wall component not only lightened the weight of the building itself, but also added the insulation material in its "empty stomach" to make the wall more thermal insulation effect. Moreover, 3D printing is more flexibility, which can printing different wall structure according to different requirement. 

Taking innovative industrial park as example, it costs 5000RMB per meter. It is believed that there will be a great reduction in price with the technology development and lower design cost and ink cost.
